Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing time
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and can be affected by weather, holidays and other events outside our control.
Tracking
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
Your shipping address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us as soon as possible. We can update it only before your order ships.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and we'll make it right.
Lost packages
If your tracking shows no movement for several days, or shows delivered but you haven't received your order, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to locate it.
